Cambridge Dragon Boat Club was formed in 1995 and competes in the Standard Class of the UK National League. We train regularly on the River Cam in the centre of Cambridge.

Dragon boat racing is thousands of years old in China, and since it was introduced to the West just over ten years ago it has become the fastest growing watersport in the UK. Tens of thousands of people in Europe have experienced the thrill of joining a crew of twenty energetic paddlers, packed tightly into brightly decorated boat to race close beside a well matched rival.
